Canistel (Pouteria campechiana). It is in the sapote family.
Canistel is a tropical evergreen tree known for its edible fruit, also called "eggfruit" due to its rich, yellow-orange flesh with a texture similar to a hard-boiled egg yolk. Native to Central America, it's grown in warm climates like Florida and produces a sweet, custard-like fruit that's great for eating fresh, in smoothies, or in baked goods.
