2024 Longan Sale

Now taking Longan orders to be shipped. First shipments will go out Monday, July 22nd.

We will not be taking online orders for local customers. Please visit our store from 10am-2pm on Saturdays to purchase Longan. You can also make an appointment if needed.

Important Notes

👉   Although we use next-day shipping, that does not mean you will get your order tomorrow. There are usually a number of orders for us to work through before we can ship yours. Generally, it should only be a couple days wait. But note, we only ship Monday - Thursday.
 
👉   Please check out with only one item of longan in your cart. Do not include any other products. The system will not let you check out otherwise.

 
What if I want to order more than 20 lbs of longan?

No problem, just go through the checkout process again with another item of longan in your cart. Sorry for this extra step, but this will make it faster to serve everyone.

Can I order other items with longan?

Unfortunately, no. Please make a separate order with the other items you're interested in. Note: you will have to pay for shipping like any other non-longan order.

What if I can't have my longan delivered on certain dates?

Simply let us know in the “Special instructions for seller” text box when checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your date restrictions.

 
Please try to be available around delivery time for the best experience.

Out-of-state shipments are sent via UPS Next Day Air. These packages will arrive 10:30am-12:00pm the next day. Most shipments within Florida are shipped via UPS Ground. These packages will arrive by end-of-day the next day.

Although the proper materials (insulation, ice pack, etc.) will be used during shipment, it will still be best to bring your shipment indoors as soon as you can to get the best possible result.

You may also want to sign up for UPS My Choice. It is free, and it will allow you to redirect your packages to a UPS Access Point location (there are many). Your package will be safely indoors there, and you can pick it up at a later time. 

 
My shipment is delayed. I thought you promised next day shipping.

All packages—including UPS Next Day Air—sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen weather or technical issues. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. However, we take all possible precautions during packing to ensure your fruits have the best chance of arriving in good condition, even with delays. If there are any quality issues due to a delay, we will address them on a case-by-case basis. 

 
Can you split my larger order into smaller 5-lb bags?

Unfortunately, we cannot. Previously, we would sub-divide orders, but we found it slowed us down quite a bit. We want everyone to get their fruits as fast as possible. 

About Longan

The longan, native to southern China, is a close relative to the lychee and rambutan. The fully ripened fruit has a bark-like shell, thin, and firm, making the fruit easy to peel by squeezing the pulp out. Longans have a drier sweetness similar to dates. They can be eaten by itself or used in salads, with vegetables, and in sauces.
